Hanna Konopka
Hanna Stanisław Konopka (born 5 June 1949, died 18 October 2015 in Bialystok) is a Polish historian of modern history, professor of humanities. She specialized in didactics of history, history of education and state-church relations. Curriculum vitae
In 1996, at the Faculty of Humanities of the Catholic University of Lublin, based on the academic achievements and the thesis entitled " Religion in the schools of People's Poland. The issue of teaching religion in state policy 1944-1961 received a doctorate degree in habilitation of the humanities in the field of history, specialty: the latest history. On January 29, 2015 the President of the Republic of Poland granted her the title of Professor of Humanities. She was an associate professor at the University of Bialystok in the Institute of History of the Faculty of History and Sociology. She was a professor at the Higher School of Public Administration. Stanisław Staszic in Bialystok, where she was previously the rector.
