Lira (Kalwos)


Lira (gr Λύρα) - a collection of poems of the romantic Greek poet Andreas Kalwosa, published in 1824 in Geneva. The series consists of a Prologue and ten parts entitled, Faithful Homeland, Praise, Death, Holy Host, Musics, Na Chios, Na Parga, Agarenów, Freedom and Ocean. Kalwosa's lyrics are characterized by a varied birth certificate. The work was translated into Polish and published in the third volume of the series of Masterpieces of Modern Greek Literature edited by Małgorzata Borowska. Individual interpreters were translated by Małgorzata Borowska, Karolina Berezowska, Justyna Jezior, Katarzyna Kosim, Paweł Krupka, Jacek Raszewski and Filip Taranienko. Bibliography
