Biography, written in prose, is part of the Quadrilateral - the last book published during Reja's lifetime. As the author of Life and Affairs, Andrzej Trzecieski, a writer, Reformist activist and friend of Reja, appears. However, the authorship is not certain. Some researchers, based on m.in. in the likeness of the style of life and matters to other works of Reja, he hypothesized that the author himself was Rej, and that he used the name Trzecieski as an ally. The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus. According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia.
