Iwan Michajłowicz Tot'mianin (Russian: Иван Михайлович Тотьмянин, born on October 22, 1915 in the village of Szadrina in the Perm province, died 1982) - a Soviet party and state activist. From January 1963 to January 1965 he was the head of the regional social insurance branch in Perm, from January to December 1965 he was the plenipotentiary of the Permian regional party and state control committee, and from December 1965 to November 1977 he was the chairman of the municipal committee of folk control in Perm.
