In 1900 he was one of the organizers of the Northern SDPRR Congress, in 1902 he emigrated, from August 23, 1903 to May 22, 1905 he was a member of the Central Committee of the SDPRR and in November 1903 and from May 1904 to February 1905 a member of the Party Congress of the SDCK.
