S.C.. Grup Feroviar Român S.A., GFR - freight railway company in Romania. The company is part of the Romanian Grampet Group and is part of the largest private rail group in South East Europe.

The company was established in 2001. It is owned and controlled by the holding company of the Romanian transport companies, which since 2013 has been a major player in CFR Marfă. GFR's CEO is Gruia Stoic, one of the richest Romanian citizens.
