View from the Black Pond

Kościelcowy Boiler - large ice boiler on the eastern slopes of Kościelca massif in Polish High Tatras. It is located at an altitude of about 1800-1900 m at the foot of the north-eastern wall of Zadnia Koscielec and the eastern wall of Kościelec. From the east side, the boiler drops steeply to the Black Pond. This threshold is deeply cut into a pebbly-sloping gull so that it forms two separate walls. The sack is avalanche.
