Alexander Zick

He came from a family with many years of artistic traditions. He was the grandson of the architect Janus Zürich (1730-1797), the son of the painter Johannes Zick (1702-1762).
In the last years of his life he designed two German banknotes - the 5-brand from 1904 and the 10-brand from 1906.
