He completed his studies at Wroclaw University of Technology. He worked as a teacher of mathematics at the junior high school in the Community School Complex No. 2 in Wałbrzych. In the local elections in 2006, KWW Alicja Rosiak received the mandate of the councilor of the Wałbrzych City Council. In 2010, as a candidate for the KWW Wałbrzych Local Government, he was unsuccessfully seeking re-election.

In October 2014, he drowned himself in the sea during a vacation in Egypt.
