Manuel Comnen (Greek: Μανουήλ Κομνηνός, Latin: Manouêl Komnênos, born 1145, died 1185?) - son of Andronik I Comnenus, Byzantine emperor.

His wife was Rusudan, daughter of Georgian King George III. Their children were: Dawid I Wielki Komnen and Alexius I Wielki Komnen, the founders of the Trapezunt Empire. After the death of his father in 1185 Manuel was blinded, probably died in the same year. His children grew up in the court of their aunt, the queen of Georgia - Tamary. Bibliography
