Wiktor Kisielow
Wiktor Ivanovich Kisielow (Russian: Виктор Иванович Киселёв, born June 22, 1907 in Saratov, died January 21, 1979) is a Soviet politician and member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1952-1956). From 1928 WKP member (b), from January to October 1928, head of the local office of young Komsomol pioneers in Saratov, 1928-1930, student of Saratov Technical College (he did not graduate), 1933 graduated from the Institute of Engineering and Economics in Moscow, in the factory "Uniwiersal", whose 1937-1940 was the director. From March 1941 to August 1942 Secretary of the Regional Committee of the WKP (b) in Saratov for Engineering, from August to October 1942 Secretary to the Board of Directors of the KC WKP WKP (b) From October 1942 to July 1946 II Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the WKP (b) in Saratov. From July 1946 to September 1950 II Secretary of the Regional Committee of the WKP (b) in Saratov, from September 1950 to April 1951 Inspector KC WKP (b), from 1 April to 5 July 1951 II Secretary, and from 5 July 1951 to 28 December 1955 Secretary of the Regional Committee of the WKP (b) / CPSU in Kalinin. From 14 October 1952 to 14 February 1956, a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU, from January 1956 to May 1958 Head of the Party Bodies of the CPWR Regional Committee in Saratov, from May 1958 to November 1967 Chairman of the Regional Council of Trade Unions in Saratov, then retired.
