Time battery

Washbasin time taps in the public toilet

Time-dependent battery (other names: self-closing battery, button-type battery, rarely a battery with a defined discharge time) - it is a type of tap water tap in which the water jet is activated by pressing a button. The stream of water then flows for a set period (usually from a few to several or several dozen seconds) and is automatically cut off after its expiration.

The construction of time batteries minimizes the risk of users leaving the running stream of water, so that such batteries allow for savings and are most often used in public facilities, such as public toilets, swimming pools, bathrooms or bathrooms in workplaces.

Temporary batteries are designed for use with washbasins, showers, urinals and toilet bowls.
