Adelaide Teofil Ludwika Sobieska (born 15 October 1672, died 10 February 1677 in Warsaw) - Polish princess, daughter of Jan III Sobieski and Maria Kazimiera d'Arquien. Curriculum vitae

The parents called the Adelaide princess Ludwik Berbilun. Initially, Adelaide was to be baptized with the younger sister Marie Teresa on the day of the coronation of her parents on February 2, 1676, but due to the death of Maria Theresa the ceremony was postponed. Finally on July 19, 1676 she was baptized with her sister Teresa Kunegunda in the parish church in Jaworow. Berbiluny's godfathers were the French King Louis XIV and Duchess of Bavaria Henrietta Adelaide Sabaudzka. The names of Adelaide's Teofil Ludwika were honored by their godmother parents and grandmother Teofila Daniłowiczównie. Soon, the princess was seriously ill, and her parents entrusted her to the Carmelites of Warsaw. After the long agony of Adelaide, Teofil Ludwika Sobieska died on 10 February 1677.
