Boris Bakin


Boris Vladimirovich Bakin (Russian: Борис Владимирович Бакин, born June 10, 1913 in Vologda, June 30, 1992 in Moscow) is a Soviet politician, assembler and special construction worker of the USSR (1975-1989), Hero of Socialist Labor 1975).

1929 graduated from the 2nd degree school, from 1930 in Magnitogorsk, where he worked in the metallurgical combination as a fitter, electrician and senior foreman. 1936-1938 served in the Red Army in the Far East, since 1938 worked as a construction manager, since 1941 a member of the WKP (b). Since 1943 he has been managing construction sites in Nizhniy Tagile, since 1950 in Chelyabinsk, and since 1952 in Moscow. Since 1950 a member of the board of the Ministry of Heavy Industry of the USSR, 1959 graduated from the Federal Extension Institute, since 1961 the head of the trust of the Ministry of Construction of the USSR. From May 1967 to May 1975 the deputy minister, and from May 22, 1975 to June 7, 1989 the minister of assembly and special construction works of the USSR. 1976-1990 Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU, deputy to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from 9 to 11 tenure.
