Eliseo García García was born on 19 August 1907 in an agricultural family. At the age of 22 he entered the Salesian Congregation in Campello and in 1932 he made religious vows. After the outbreak of civil war in Spain he was arrested and then executed by shooting with Alejander Planas Saurí.

Beatified on March 11, 2001 by John Paul II in the group of Joseph Aparicio Sanz and 232 companions.
