Bruclik - a type of vest from a factory cloth worn in Żywiec region. He performs in the costume of highlanders from Żywieckie and in the outfit of the highlanders of the Silesian Beskids. Decorated, for example, with a red string and metal buttons or tassels eg navy blue or red, in contrast to the color of the bruclik. Bruclik was put on the shirt. Bruclik cut varies depending on the region. It was mainly worn to the church, for weddings, games, baptisms, etc. At the Silesian highlanders, the bridegroom usually took off his red bachelor bruclik and put on the black one worn by the elderly hosts.
