Agnete Olsen


Agnete Olsen prima voto Granholm (born December 22, 1909 in Copenhagen, September 13, 1997 in Roskilde) is a Danish swimmer from the first half of the 20th century, participant of the Olympic Games.

At the 7th Summer Olympics in Paris in 1924, fourteen year old Olsen was the youngest athlete representing Denmark. She competed in two swimming competitions. At the distance of 100 meters with a free time of 1: 23.0, she finished third in the first qualifying race and dropped out of competition. Olsen also started on the second change of Danish freestyle relay 4 × 100 m. At 5: 42.4, Dunek took fourth place.

Four years later, Olsen took off for the second time at the Olympic Games. During the Ninth Olympics in Amsterdam in 1928, she competed in two competitions. In a 100m freestyle race, a 1: 15.8 time winner won the second qualifying race. In the first semifinal with unknown time took sixth place and fell out of further competition. In the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay race the last change. With an unknown team sometimes Dunek fell off in the elimination.
