Bonaventure of Potenza (born 1651 in Potenza, Italy, October 26, 1711) - Italian blessed Catholic Church, Conventual Franciscan. Curriculum vitae

His parents were Katarzyna Pieca and Lelio Lavagna. In 1666, at the age of 15, he joined the Conventual Franciscans. When he was 24 he was ordained a priest. He was a mystery. He died on October 26, 1711, aged 60.

Beatified by Pius VI in 1775. Bibliography detected by a British submarine HMS Saracen, which fired six torpedoes at her. As a result of the attack, 43 U-boat crew members died; Only one crew member survived - MtrGfr Rudolf Jahnke. The survivor was rescued and taken prisoner by HMS Saracen (the second German who survived the sinking, refused to be rescued and drowned). Bibliography
