The company was founded in 1983 by Tadeusz and Małgorzata Włodarczyk in Skórcz. Initially, it dealt only with confectionery production, with time the activity was extended to include ice cream production.

In 1991, the production of ready meals such as frozen pizzas and dumplings began.

In 1995, the company's headquarters was moved to Leśna Street in Skórcz, while in 1998 and 2000 new production halls were opened.

The company was taken over by smaller local distribution companies. After the acquisition in 2007, Chłodni Grudziądz Sp. with o.o. the company started the production of frozen vegetables and fruits
