Hugo Preuss


Hugo Preuβ (born October 28, 1860 in Berlin, died October 9, 1925 ibid) - German lawyer and politician, creator of the constitution of the German Weimar Republic. He studied law at the universities of Berlin and Heidelberg, he obtained his doctorate at the University of Göttingen. In 1916 he became a professor at the Berlin School of Economics, and in 1918 became its rector.
