Ivan Stult


Ivan Andriejewicz Stulow (Russian: Иван Андреевич Стулов, born 18 September 1904 in the village of Szambowo in Wołogno Governorate, died February 15, 1964 in Moscow) - Soviet military and party activist, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Belarus (Bolshevik Party) in Vitebsk (1938-1944).

Since 1920 in the Red Army, since 1925 the Komsomol activist, since 1926 in the WKP (b). From July 1938 to July 1944, First Secretary of the KP (B) B Regional Committee in Vitebsk, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Poland, from May 20, 1940 to February 15, 1949, during the Great Patriotic War, a member of the 4th Military Council of the Strike Army. From October 1944 to September 1945 Head of the Transport Department and Deputy Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (B) B, later a party official in Moscow, since 1954 in a pedagogical work in Moscow.
