The fishery base includes: shed or roofed area - a landfill of boats, barrels, motor vehicles and other large fixed assets.

The database should be located at the very close proximity of the river or water reservoir and fenced, with the enclosed area having a large free space for arranging hangers on the fishing nets and handling of boats and car stock. In case of larger water tanks it is necessary to build a special harbor, even a breakwater, protecting against waves and muddy harbors. An access road with hardened pavement is necessary.
