She was the daughter of Antoni Lewicki and Marianna Matecki.

She grew up in Warsaw and attended school here. At the age of ten she started singing at the Opera School at the Grand Theater, under the direction of musician and educator Jan Quattrini. Public performances began in 1873, singing in an amateur choral chorus of Stanislaw Moniuszko, led by Wladyslaw Krogulski in the church of St. Joseph the Blessed Virgin Mary on Krakowskie Przedmiescie. On October 31, 1874 she made her debut at the Government Theater in Warsaw, in the Princess Ebola ("Don Carlos") party, and the following month she was involved in the opera ensemble. Reviewers have a lovely voice, mezzosopranowy, velvet. Her artistic intuition and phrasing skills were also emphasized.

At the age of 20, on June 14, 1876, in Warsaw, she married the actor and composer Władysław Józef Krogulski (1843-1934).

In Warsaw Government theaters performed in soprano and mezzo-soprano in operas and operettas. She first appeared on the stage on 11 July 1883 as Micaela in "Carmen", then went to Italy for further studies of singers. At the beginning of 1884 she sang at the Theater Dal Verme in Milan. In June 1884 she moved to St. Petersburg and from May of the following year she performed in the opera for two years. In the beginning of 1890, she was involved in the Warsaw Opera, which remained until at least 1898. She sang, among other things, the arms: "The Countess", Zofia ("Halka"), Cześnikowa ("Scary Mansion"), Amneris ("Aida" , Anusi ("The Shooter"), Laura ("Gioconda"), Margaret ("Faust"). She has also appeared in operettas, including Miss Lange ("Mrs. Angot's Daughter").

She first appeared on stage in 1901, then devoted herself to pedagogical work, working for several years as a private singing teacher in Warsaw.

She died at the age of 77. She was buried at the Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw. Bibliography
