Masurian Rocks
Mazury Skały - rocks rising on the western side, falling to the Trzemeśnia Valley, the edge of the back of Trupielca, in Trzemeśnia, in the district of Thessalonica, Małopolskie Voivodeship. They rise just above the right bank of the Zasanka stream, along the road Droginia - Trzemesnia - Wiśniowa and are visible from this road.
It is an abandoned quarry. In the past it was extracted from hard Ibedin sandstone, stained with rusty iron compounds. It is made of rocks and stakes in the nearby hills of the Wiśnickie Foothills. On the wall of this quarry are sometimes climbing rock climbing enthusiasts who have laid out some easy climbing paths here.
