Halina Szparowska-Gąsiorowska pseud. Halinka (born 29 September 1917 in Cherkassy, ​​died September 1, 1973 in Warsaw) - veterinary surgeon, captain of the WP, Warsaw Uprising.

Julian Szparowski's daughter. In 1921 she moved with her parents to Warsaw, where in 1936 she graduated from junior high school. She studied at the UW Veterinary Faculty until the outbreak of war. In junior high school, she joined the left-wing movement, during her studies she entered OMS "Życie" and in 1937 to SD. During the occupation, she worked first in the academic group "lifeguards", then in the group of "newsletters", the press secretary of the conspirator. From 1941, ZWW was managing and distributing in Warsaw. From 1940 to 1942 she worked at the Health Center of the City Council, since January 1942 she was the secretary of the Warsaw Voice of PPR, from December 1942, where she met Tadeusz Gąsiorowski (PPR and GL member). who got married. She joined AL and fought in the Warsaw Uprising, was a liaison officer in the Old Town, and later the Żoliborski Staff and AL Division in Kampinos. At the end of X 1944, when she was passing through the front line, she was severely injured in the leg, which was then amputated. From 1 April 1945 to 30 November 1946 she worked at the PPR Central Committee, then continued her veterinary studies, which ended in 1951. Until 1973 she worked as a doctoral student, then an older assistant and senior lecturer at the Veterinary Institute of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGGW). From 1945 in the Main Board (ZG) of the Union of Fighters for Independence and Democracy, later in ZBoWiD as captain of the WP. She was honored. The Order of the Third Class Grunwald Cross, the Medal for the Warsaw of 1939-1945, and the Partisan Cross. She died a tragic death. Bibliography
