Werner Auls


Verners Auls (born 5 August 1889, died?) - Latvian figure skater.

He was five times the country champion - 1930-1932, 1934 and 1935. In 1930 he took part in the European Championship, where he finished 6th.

He appeared at the 1936 Olympics, where he represented Latvia in the solo competition and placed himself in the 25th position. He was the oldest participant in these games, and also the oldest Latvian in the history of winter games.

Represented the Latvian Skullcraft Club and the Riga Ice. Bibliography
