Rick Woods (born June 11, 1948 in Newport Beach, September 1, 2012) is an American speedway mate, Gene Woods brother.

Multiple-time finalist of individual US championships, including four-time medalist: three golds (1968, 1970, 1972) and bronze (1969). In 1977 he represented the United States in the individual World Cup qualification, occupying the 5th place in the US finals at Costa Mesa.

In the 1973 season, he played in the British league, in the colors of the Newport club. Bibliography
