Afanasij Mielniczenko


Afanasij Kondratjewicz Mielniczenko (Russian: Афанасий Кондратьевич Мельниченко, born July 22, 1923 in Lozowatka village, Kirovograd region, October 6, 2008 in Moscow) is a Soviet nationalist and party member of Ukrainian nationality. Curriculum vitae From 1940 he worked as an assistant at a pharmacy, later served as a pharmacy, and served in the Red Army as a platoon commander, commander of the company and chief of staff of the battalion on the Brannskis and the Volkovian Front in 1941. From 1943 he belonged to the WKP (b), 1944-1945 he headed the regional pharmacy management in Kirovohrad, then in Kamieniec Podolski, 1950 graduated from Odeski Pharmaceutical Institute, then became a candidate for pharmaceutical sciences. From 1952 he was head of the pharmacy network, then deputy head of the Central Board of pharmacies and secretary of the party committee of the Ministry of Health of the USSR, 1959-1964 was director of the Central Research and Development Institute. From 1964 to 1968 he served as First Secretary of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the CPSU in Moscow, 1968-1970 Head of the Faculty of Science and Higher Education of the Moscow Municipal Committee of the CPSU, 1970-1975 was deputy chairman of the Executive Committee of the Moscow City Council. From May 1975 to December 1985 he was the Minister of Medical Industry of the USSR. From March 5, 1976 to February 25, 1986, he was retired from the Central Committee of the CPSU.
