Dactylite (Latin: dactylus) - the most distant endome of the endopodite of crustaceans, preceded by propodite. Its counterpart in other arthropods is the forehead.
Usually, dactylopodite has a simple structure and a claw-shaped shape. It is equipped with muscle lancers and levers, coming out of propodite. In some equinoxes it is equipped with two claws growing from its basal part. In the case of gripping limbs, it is possible to build pliers together with the propposition root opposite it.
