Said Mingazovich Sharafiev (Russian: Саид Мингазович Шарафеев, born January 3, 1906 in the village of Psiejewo in the Viceroyalty, died on 29 January 1975 in Kazan) - Chairman of the People's Commissariat of the Council of Ministers of the ASRR (1943-1950 and 1957- 1959).
