He was born in 1888. He was the son of Jan. He came from Sądowa Wisznia. He was a retired judge and an officer of the State Police in the rank of a leader.

After the outbreak of World War I, the September campaign and the USSR's aggression against Poland of September 17, 1939, he was arrested by NKVD officers. Probably in the spring of 1940 he was murdered by the NKVD in an area occupied by the Soviets. His name is on the so-called. Ukrainian Katyn List published in 1994 (it was mentioned on the consignment note 56 / 1-39 marked with the number 2919). Victims of this crime were buried at the Polish Military Cemetery in Kiev-Bykowni, opened in 2012.
