Aleksandr Alekseejewicz Kondratjew, Russian Александр Алексеевич Кондратьев (born May 11, 1876 in Saint Petersburg, May 26, 1967 in Nyack, New York) is a Russian state official, emigre poet, writer, columnist, translator. literature.

In 1897 he graduated from junior high school and in 1902 law at the University of St. Petersburg. Received a job in the Ministry of Public Enlightenment. Then he worked in the State Council. In the early nineteenth century began his literary career. By the end of 1917 he wrote eight books, including the novel "Satiressa", as well as a collection of poems. At the same time, he published numerous stories, poems and articles in such literary magazines as "Wiesy", "Apollo", "Russkaja mysl", "Pieriewał", "Satirikon", "Ogoniok", "Lukomorje" and almanacs "Grif" and "Biełyje" noczi. " He also dealt with literary translations.

In early 1918 he went to Crimea. In 1920 he emigrated to Poland. He lived in his estate in Dorohobuż near Równy, where he continued his literary activities. He wrote further articles in emigration in Poland, Germany, Finland, Latvia, Estonia and France. In 1930 in Berlin published a demonological tale titled " "Bieriegah Jaryni". In 1936 he published a collection of sonnets entitled " "Sławianskije gods. They mock the letters ", and in 1937 the poems" "Wiertograd celnyj". From the mid 30s he was part of the Warsaw poetical group "Święta Lira". After the occupation of the eastern part of Poland by the Red Army in autumn 1939, he reached Vienna.
