Yumeji Takehisa (Japanese: 竹 久 夢 二, Takehisa Yumeji, born September 16, 1884 in Okayama prefecture, died on September 1, 1934) - Japanese painter, woodcut creator, poet.

He visited the United States, Europe and Taiwan, in 1901 he settled in Tokyo.

He created designs for books and magazine covers as well as illustrations (drawings, caricatures). In 1909, he introduced the first series of his woodcuts, arousing a vivid reaction of the audience. He painted mainly beautiful women, combining the influence of Western art from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries with the Japanese sensitivity and style of ukiyo-e.
