Julianna Holszańska - the great Lithuanian princess, the second wife of Witold Kiejstutowicz. Biography

Her first husband was Ivan Karaczewski. According to the chroniclers of Jan von Posilge and Jan Długosz, Ivan was murdered, and after the widow probably from the Orthodox faith, converted to Catholicism to marry Witold Kiejstutowicz. After receiving the marriage dispensation by Pope Martin V, the wedding took place before Christmas in 1418. Witold died in October 1430. Her fate is unknown. Bibliography
