Ivan Bolszakov


Igor Grigorjewicz Bolshakov (Russian: Иван Григорьевич Большаков, born October 10, 1902 in Tulip Province, March 19, 1980 in Moscow) is a Soviet party and state activist, minister of cinematography of the USSR (1946-1953), and Deputy Minister of Culture USSR (1953-1954). From 1916, a machine operator at Tulska Weapons Factory, 1924-1927 instructor of the regional metallurgical union committee, 1927-1928 secretary responsible for the Central Office of the Proletarian Students of the All-Union Trade Union Council; Plekhanov, and the 1931 Institute of Red Professions. 1931-1937 Consultant of the Management Department of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, 1937-1938 Deputy Head of this Department, 1939-1946 Chairman of the Committee on Cinematography at the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR. March 1946 - March 15, 1953 Minister of Cinematography of the USSR, 1953-1954 First Deputy Minister of Culture of the USSR, 1954-1959 Deputy Foreign Minister of the USSR. 1960-1963 deputy chairman of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR for Cultural Foreign Relations.
