Fierszampienuaz


Fierszampienuaz (Russian: Фершампенуаз) is a village in Russia, in the Nagybak region of Chelyabinsk Oblast (which is an administrative center), with 4368 inhabitants (2010).

The village was founded in 1842 as a military settlement by the Orenburg Cossacks, and its name was d to the French town of Fère-Champenoise, near which a battle took place on March 25, 1814, in which the Russian army, which served the Cossacks, together with the soldiers Bavarian, Austrian and Prussian defeated the French.
