Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) is an American entertainment television station. Started on January 1, 2011. The program's owner is The Oprah Winfrey Network, LLC, a division of Discovery Communications and Harpo Productions.

The president, chief executive and creative director is Oprah Winfrey, an American television presenter, and is assisted by Sheri Salata, Erik Logan, co-chairman and John MacDonald, vice president and chief operating officer.

The station is available in approximately 83 million US homes (about 73% of all households have televisions).
