Jan de Looper
Jan de Looper (born 2 May 1914 in Hilversum, died June 23, 1987) is a Dutch grass hockey player, Olympic medalist. His brother was Henk, who also was a hockey player.
The first and only games for de Looper were the Games in Berlin in 1936. During these games the athlete and the Dutch national team won the bronze medal in grass hockey (during the Dutch tournament they lost only the semi-final against Germany). De Looper played in all five matches, as did Henk's brother. Bibliography
