Jacques Martin (born May 11, 1933 in Chapelle-sur-Moudon, December 2, 2005 in Provence) is a Swiss politician.

He graduated from Zurich Technical University with a degree in forestry engineer. He was a member of the Radical-Democratic Party of Switzerland; In 1974-1979 he sat in the Great Council (Grand Counseil, the local parliament) of the canton of Vaud. From November 1979 to August 1988 he was a member of the Council of the Cantons (Conseil National), one of the Chambers of the Swiss Parliament. From November 1991 to December 1999, he was a member of the canton of Vaud. In 1994 he was the chairman of the government (head of the cantonal administration). He later headed the Vaud canton.
