Composite keys are available by default for Unix systems, including, for example, Ubuntu, SuSE, and other Linux operating systems. If a separate composite key is not available on the keyboard, it can be assigned to the rarely used keys, eg right Ctrl. On Windows systems, this feature is not available. The following table shows the sample effects of using AllChars to compose a composite key for Windows. Similar effects are available in Unix systems. When you press the compose key and then the two keys from the first column, you get the character from the second column.
