Ivanovich Kovpakov (Russian: Влас Иванович Колпаков, born in June 1909 in Kaszszta, 1998) - Soviet politician and party activist, Hero of Socialist Labor (1948). Curriculum vitae Born in a Chakras peasant family, after finishing school, he was a shop assistant in his native village, from January 1928 the rural council secretary, later chairman of the local credit union and head of the regional finance department of the executive committee. Since 1930, chairman of the district executive committee, then prosecutor's assistant, prosecutor and judge in the Chakras Autonomous Region, since 1930 a member of the WKP (b). From July 1959 to October 1961 Chairman of the Chakras Autonomous Region Regional Executive Committee, since 1962 Chairman of the Regional Chamber of Agriculture Employees, since 1969 retired. 1948-1962 deputy to the Verkhovna Rada of the USSR from 3 to 5 terms.
