Atarim
Atarim - the road between Kadesh-Barnea and Mount Hor, which according to the Book of Numbers (Lb 20:22; 21: 1) traveled the Israelites during the exodus.
It is difficult for linguists to define a road in Hebrew. Some read the name as derech hatarim, others - as tarim. As a result, the trail is also known as the "Scout Way". There is also the view that Atarim was called the way that not only the Israelites were moving, but the people in general at the time of antiquity. He was enrolled in En el-Kudeirat, Kadesz Barnea, north-east to Arad. This view is confirmed by archaeological finds: along the trail, remains of the settlement of the Bronze and Iron Age.
