He entered the Order in 1938, ordained in 1939, ordained a priest on May 18, 1944, then was sent to the parish of Corpus Christi in Cracow. In 1945-1947 he worked in Gietrzwałd. From 1947 he resided in Cracow and worked in the parish of Corpus Christi. At the same time he studied at the Catholic University of Lublin and in 1957 he defended his dissertation. Ks. Jakub Wujek as commentator of the canonical gospel on the background of the exegesis of the sixteenth century written under the direction of Eugeniusz Dąbrowski. From 1951 to 1966 he was a lecturer at the "Hosianum" Seminary in Olsztyn, where he stayed abroad from 1961 to 1966, in Germany and Austria, Rome (where he studied at the Pontifical Bible Institute and defended his bachelor degree in 1963-1965) and England. From 1966 he resided in Poland until his death in a Cracow monastery (with a break from 1976-1982 when he lived in Kamień).
For the Millennial Bible, he translated the Book of Deuteronomy, the Book of Job, the Book of Proverbs, and the Lamentations of Jeremiah. In 1983 he published the book Psalms. Biblical-ascetic comment Bibliography
