Tadeusz Gorecki (born June 5, 1825 in Dusientyn, died January 31, 1868 in Paris) - Polish painter portraitist, son-in-law of Adam Mickiewicz.

Tadeusz Gorecki was the son of Antoni and Weronika, née Ejdziwitowicz. In his youth, he studied painting with Wincenty Dmochowski, perhaps also with cousin Walentek Wańkowicz.

He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg at Karla Briułłów. In September 1850, the artist went to Warsaw, Berlin and Paris. In 1854 he visited St. Petersburg, where he received the title of a dormitory for the portrait of the sculptor Peter Clodt von Jürgensburg. November 7, 1857, he married Maria, daughter of Adam Mickiewicz.

For a few months he worked at the Prado museum in Madrid, where he made copies of the paintings of Sebastiano del Piomba and Jusepe de Ribery.
