Mr. Laurent's play is a pseudo-theater play, parody of drama. Black humor dominates here. The action consists of a series of absurd situations. He talks about Mr. Laurent, who one day got his baby on the front door of his house. This event is vividly commented by local residents. Between the dialogues are the songs of the ancient choir. At the very end of the drama, Topor placed a fictitious self-report with journalists who accused him of unjustified macabre. The interview is also full of ridiculous and absurd sentences.
