Jefim Wigorowski
Jefim Andreyevich Wigorovsky (born in 1905 in the village of Albiniwka in the Volhynian district of Volhynia, died in March 1980 in Kharkiv) is an officer of the Soviet security forces. Curriculum vitae
He graduated from the 4th grade of the general school, and since 1923 has served in the Red Army since 1939 in the WKP (b). From 1940, a staff member of the NKVD Board of Directors of the Kharkov Oblast, in the spring of 1940, participated in a mass murder on the Polish prisoners of war in Starobielsk. On October 26, 1940, the People's Commissar of Interior of the USSR Lavriev Beria awarded him a monetary prize.
