Jan Złociński
Jan Złociński (born December 27, 1925 in the Monasteries) - Polish officer of the Civic Militia. Curriculum vitae
He was born on December 27, 1925 in the Monasteries as the son of Bronislaw. During the Second World War, during the German occupation, he was arrested by the Germans and deported to Germany in 1941 for forced labor in the Third Reich. He returned to Poland in 1945 at the age of about 20 years. He joined the Civic Militia. In the Sanok area he participated in the fight against the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. He belonged to PPR. After 1947 he served in posts in Ropience and Tarnawa. He was the commandant of the MO stations in Tryńczy and in Przeworsk. From 1955 he worked at the Municipal Committee of MO in Sanok as an officer on duty.
He was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. Bibliography
