Valery Lutsenko

Valeriy Fyodorovich Lutsenko (Russian: Валерий Фёдорович Луценко, born April 28, 1940 in Lazin, Kaliningrad, September 17, 2012 in Vladivostok) is a Soviet state activist.

In 1962 he graduated from mechanical engineering and became an engineer at the factory, since 1969 he was the secretary of the party committee of the CPSUR factory. In 1978 he became the chief engineer of the union, and in 1981 he became the company's general manager, from October 26, 1986 to January 1990 as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Coastal District Council.
