Local road 6400 (Hebrew 6400 כביש) - is a local road located in Lower Galilee, in the north of Israel. It runs from the town of Nacerat Illit to road 79 near Ar-Rajna. Course

Route 6400 runs through the Jezreel Subdivision of the Northern District of Israel. It runs parallel from east to west, from Nacerat Illit to road 79 near Ar-Rajna.

It starts in the city of Nacerat Illit at the intersection with Ma'ale Icchak Street, at the height of the municipal cemetery. Going down Ma'ale Icchak Street to the south, you reach the center of the city of Nacerat Illit, or north to the industrial zone of Har Jon. Route 6400 goes as a two-lane road to the northwest and descends gently down to the valley where Ar-Rajna is located. After about 2 km, you will reach the intersection with Ma'ale Icchak, which can be reached to the north-east of Har Jona. Half a kilometer away is a roundabout, where road no. 6400 ends. In the north-east direction there is the 79th road, which serves as the northern bypass of the city of Nazareth. Route 754 leads southwest to Ar-Rajna, or northeast to Maszhad and Kefar Kanna.
