Hawryłówka
Hawryłówka and view of Palenica Koscieliska
Hawrina - a glade located on the orographical left slopes of the Black Dunajec River valley, between streams Siwa Woda and Przybylanka. It is located at a height of about 885-940 m n.p.m., not far from the road Kościelisko - Czarny Dunajec. From the road to the clearing it leads the dirt road (it starts in the forest south-east of the Pod Jaworki).
Hawryłówka is listed in the documents of 1720 as the owner of the village of Leja, from Podczerwone. The name of the glade comes from the name of Hawrylo, which occurs in nearby towns, in Chocholow was already listed in 1742. In Ukrainian, Hawrylo means the name Gabriel. Perhaps the owner of the clearing was Hawrio and hence its name. There are residential houses, huts and barns. The glade is still used economically. Administratively belongs to the village of Witów. Geographically it is located in Rowie Podtatrzańskim, in part of it called the Church Row. One of the renovated buildings
